Good personal hygiene practices can prevent you from disease:
- Daily washing (skin and hair)
- Brushing your teeth (at least 2 times per day)
- Cleaning your hands after using the toilette
- Wearing clean clothes

Keeping clean your place of living and bed is also very important:
- Clean regularly (at least every 3 weeks)
- Wash bed sheets (at least every 2 weeks)
- Open your windows (at least 2 times per day)
