How can I protect from disease?

Good personal hygiene practices can prevent you from disease:

  • Daily washing (skin and hair)
  • Brushing your teeth (at least 2 times per day)
  • Cleaning your hands after using the toilette
  • Wearing clean clothes

Keeping clean your place of living and bed is also very important:

  • Clean regularly (at least every 3 weeks)
  • Wash bed sheets (at least every 2 weeks)
  • Open your windows (at least 2 times per day)

Parents, please teach your good hygiene habits early to your children 🙂
